Not yet. That is next i think. As stated i tried 2 other cards and all working fine. So i was thinking maybe its the card that is at fault. with the 1050ti and 1070.
It could be PSU related or the card, with the testing you've done those would be the two likely suspects.

What make and model 3080 is it? If it's definitely at stock then it shouldn't be exceeding the PSU.

And the fact you haven't played new work rules out any damage through that.

Zotac RTX 3080.. trinity

Yh am thinking either GPU or PSU now. But company told me to return gpu and wait for a replacement, see if that works. if not, then will change PSU.

Do you know which model? You can find out with GPU-z, just click the lookup button to the right of the GPU at the top

Ok, no worries.

It's more likely to be the GPU based on your testing, don't worry, they'll sort it.

Well done, it's damn frustrating troubleshooting at the best of times, you've done well (y)

Just got my GPU replacement. The card i sent back was a zotac. They replaced it with a gigabyte Geforce RTX 3080. Whats the difference between gigabyte and zotac apart from the Name

Nothing at all really, Gigabyte is a more recognisable brand name I guess but Zotac in recent years have really upped their game. Their cards are very decent, I'd say they would be on par with each other

Hi guys. I was wondering. Could it possibly be my USB that crashing my system reason i ask.

1. I have my phone hooked upto pc to charge. But after 5min. comp crashes.
2. When i unplug usb and not charging phone up. The system seems to be fine.

It could be a loose USB connection, wouldn't be the first time I've seen that. Might be worth checking the USB headers to make sure they are correctly plugged in

All the power leads plugged in firmly to the PSU and are you using 2 separate power leads from the PSU to the 3080

Yes 2 leads connected. Eveything in. I been on phone for over 2hours with them. They think something wrong with Main Drive that had windows on. because they did a read/write speed test and i was only getting around 900 read way less for write. so i have to send main drive back.

Hi guys. Quick question if someone can help. My pc going back In morning for repair as I been told it does look like my cpu is at fault. Was wondering would pcspecialist be able to change my 3900x to a 5900x if I paid extra. Or would I have to pay full price for the 5900x. I know when something faulty. Shops normally ask if u want a refund or exchange. So I was going get refund pay the extra for the 5900x if that makes any use to people. Thanks
