I think so. I was laid in bed watching twitch and pc shut down with the blue screen now it won't load up to desktop

When you say it won't load to desktop, what happens, you need to be more descriptive? Or is it showing a BSOD as it boots? is that after login or before? We can't see what you're seeing so have to describe it as detailed as possible.

When I power pc. It shows the Republic of gamer logo on the screen. Then all screen goes black. Won't load to desktop and then shuts down with the the bsod

If you boot from windows usb, then choose startup repair and see if that will fix it.

Did you delete all partitions before installing windows?
