17 working days now. I just got an email to say estimated build day july 1st, which probably means I'll actually get it two weeks from now? So a month and a half from order.

You are lucky. My order is on the 17 working days but haven't got a estimated built day yet... :confused:

That is true and I can imagine that PCS are very busy and running late with the orders but they haven't replayed to my message which was sent last week on Friday. In terms of the build, mine it's not a very complex one, no custom cooling loops and things like that.

^i sent a message to them about two and half weeks ago and it took them 3ish days to reply. If you’re disgruntled I’d urge you to phone them, although it’s tough to get through as it’s so busy. Live chat seems the easiest way to get through at the moment however the info you get is a bit generic. That said, they may be able to help you so it’s worth a try. It really won’t speed your build up, but I appreciate it can be reassuring just to speak to somebody.

There’ll be plenty of people ahead and behind you in the queue who haven’t been contacted yet. If it makes you feel better I’m at day 21.

The complexity of the build has no relevance to when it will be done, they all go into a queue, whatever the type of build. But there's a separate queue for PC's and laptops.

Emails take a while for a response, you'll be waiting a couple of days.

Thanks for your answer and I completely trust PCS with what they're doing. Have bought my 1st PC from them in 2010 and my laptop in 2011. Both still up and running so I'm very pleased.

My order is on 20 working days and got an estimated build date, but they keep saying end of every week for past 3 weeks now

Yay just been informed mine is now "in building". There are no notes and on the order page it shows build date 25th June and the name of the builder. Does that mean it's done already? How long should it be from now? I'm excited!🤪

Builds typically take less than a day, then it will go on soak test for 24 hours and it's shipped as soon as that's done.

Yes it all seems to happen really fast once it's into build. Only delay from here is if a fault is found, so cross your fingers 😀

Ayy nice and they emailed me earlier saying an estimated date for mine to be built is on or around the 29th June, but they're going to keep emailing me every 5 days until it is built.

I have no information to go by, but I'm on the same working days and have never been told the end of the week. Disappointing you have been really.

My build date is July 1st for a custom desktop.

They've emailed me now saying an estimated date for this Monday and they'll email me every 5 days until it goes into build so fingers crossed, they said that they go by how many orders and how many they can build in a day.

I got the same message but then literally a day later it was built! Now it's 'in testing'. Looks like all of ours are being done at the same time :)

Yeah same they've emailed earlier saying it's being built, it says it's in building, but on description it says that it's done? But they said it's being built hahaha I'm confused
