Hello,
So I purchased a PC for 2 and a half thousand last month. I had it for around a week before the ethernet port just stopped working. I sent the PC back for repair and after around 10 days they decided to do the obvious thing and replace the motherboard.
I have just received it back in the post. The packaging was shocking, there was no internal foam. The graphics card seems to be askew, and one of the plates inside seems bent while all of the others are straight. Is it damaged? Please see images.
If it is I'll be seeking a complete refund, the whole experience with this so far has been miserable.
