Graphics Issue?

I've just read this thread twice and can't see any details of what screen resolution you are running those games at. What resolutions have you tried?

1680x1050 the one thats meant to be for the screen. i'm sure it was on the furmark results what screen size i used aswell.

as for the different monitor leads yeh i used 3 different VGA's 2 DVI's and even a HDMI just to make sure it wasn't the DVI/VGA ports that were screwed up.

I mean it was nice to get the abundance of texts and emails from them telling me what stage the pc was at even how it done during the testing phase but the testing phase seems to be just run and see if it works i think not run and see if it works with images runnign through it? i think what it is thats annoying me is that £1200 lighter and i have a pc that cant play a simple game without giving me problems, heck my last one i built handled the graphics better than the one running now. i just wanted a upgrade.

ahwell ring them back tomorrow as being asked to reinstall windows at 4:20 pm (thanks to the idiotic DHL delivery people who liek to deliver every single item to me between 3:30-5:30 and never before causing me to waste my whole day. things just dont seemt obe going well atm really lol.

Tests are run through a network kvm switch, hardware tests check the cards memory is error free and a significant stress is applied to the card for several hours, if the card shows signs of artifacts or fails in any other way it does not pass the test and is replaced. But we already know its not the card since the replacement.

If the tests we use were not working or good enough i would expect to see several hundred new posts on here each week re faulty components as apposed to the 2 or 3 we usually get.

We dont know whats causing the issue you are reporting. If its not the card itself or a software issue it will need to come back for a proper look.

yeh sent it back now but one thign i have forgotten is the power cable :S i kinda forgot to pack the kettle lead lol.

signed into rift on the machine, im not seeing any page tearing.

What, exactly am i looking for and have you found a way that caused it to happen all the time?

Running smooth as utter at the moment.

When you move the screen slowly either left to right or from looking down on your toon to slowly looking up the screen judders and tears. about the 5th line from top and 6 or 7th from bottom.
