iCUE and H115i RGB

Hi people!

My PC arrived this week and I can't change the color of my Corsair H115i RGB PLATINUM Hydro Series. It does not appear to configure in Commander pro.
Could you help me with how to fix this?

I've actually got the same issue - I'm not sure if its something to do with the USB header which the H115i is connected too.

I've not tried to troubleshoot it properly yet tbh "if it aint broke don't fix it"...

Omg, it's good to know that I'm not alone in this hahaha. Mine is working fine, but I would like to have control and change the color.

Mine comes up separate in icue as I’m pretty sure it’s not connected to the commander 🤷‍♂️ Through icue itself I’ve changed colour of all my rgb including the mobo try updating icue

The little box hiding in the bottom left of photo is the RGB hub, that’s where the case fan cable with RGB hub goes, the large one is the controller and the other cable goes there. There is a decent bit on connecting everything, will dig that up.

I don't have this USB cable (it's also not in the welcome pack)
So my question now is: This cable comes with the Corsair H115i, would the PCS have sent it to me?
Or do I need to buy it out?

It must be in the build? It’s the usb that’s plugged into the pump header on the heatsink of the cpu cooler block

Should this cable come with the h115i? or should i buy it separately? I sent a message to the PCS asking about it.

That cable comes with the cooler so either it wasn't there to start with or the builder misplaced it whilst building and didn't realise

Don't use the PC if that cable isn't connected, that controls the Pump, without it the CPU will overheat and possibly damage the CPU and or motherboard.

Double check your USB headers on the motherboard, see if there's one leading to that cable that's fallen loose somewhere inside the case.

For them to forget it is really poor, I can't see how it would have passed testing as the CPU temp would have been obviously high.
