Regarding the crashing and BSOD's and OCZ SSD's , I suggest you checkout OCZ's forum >>HERE<< about all the problems people are having with them and the *farce* of suggestions they are asking people to do with their problematic SSD's

thanks man i have alreay read these and have updated the firmwire but stillhaving issue. if i am using my pc of the other drive i can see after like 30 min ssd will just stop working and disappear like its not there. anyway pc is sent back now nothing i can do now

lol dude honestly stop trolling you have taken that out of the context i said that to help that guy and yes if i chose again i would go for two 6970. but that does nt apply to me as its my ssd which is faulty not gtx590

what you saying is just random none of this you posted is base on any fact becuase there is nothing wrong with my gtx590 and no place i have mention it was a fault with my graphic card again you just assume it.

did you see that screen shot last bit where it say want a refund ?? so i did do rma knowing the condition you just love asuming things

i m not questioning it i m pretty sure you are having difficulties. the reason i ask if can have a refund because the person who process the rma do not have the authorty to say yes you will get the money back some one above him have to make the decsion and pcs was replying i thought i will ask him again nothing wrong with that.

so if you please stop trolling i would appricate it .

faihaf, everything I have said has been based purely on what you have posted, if you can pooint a single bit where I have assumed something then I would happily admit I was wrong, however, the first quote said "I will" which if you understand grammer, backs up exactly what I said. Im not bothered if your ssd is faulty or your gtx 590, you posted what I quoted so tell me how im jumping to any conclusions?

As I said, everything I have posted is based on what you have posted, in no way have I ever posted anything that contradicts any statement you have made. If it is your english that is poor and not explaining the situation properly that isnt my fault. I can totally understand that not everyones english is brilliant, I myself am not english, however before you go saying that I am jumping to conclusions, please reread the posts which I quoted.

I have never said PCS dont give refunds, nor have I ever said that anyone can give a full refund, I am perfectly able to read the terms and conditions as I did so when I purchased my machine, however, as I am sure the majority of people will agree, when dealing with any company before you send a product back you find out whether refund will be available, and you also talk to whoever has the authority to give the refund about it before sending the product back. If you already know your getting a refund, why bother posting on a public forum about it? I know you say its because the guy had replied on your thread, but as you said you dont know if everyone has authority to give refunds, what makes you assume that because hes admin of the forums, that he has any more right to give authority for a refund than any other person in PCS.

If your going to have a go at someone then atleast have a reason for doing so, because currently what yiour stating about me and my posts has all been incorrect.

Sorry Rakk, but Im not going to stand by while someone acuses me of making stuff up when all I have done is politley question why he was requesting a refund when he said in the other thrad that he will replace for two cards.

I only have a problem with people that make ridiculous accusations.

let me give u an example when people post in section "check my spec" for help n advise people always say go for this or for that or if i were you i ll go for that does nt mean they auctuly will its just to help

tell me how does it make sense if my ssd is faulty why would i ask pcs to change my card ??

you know about the delays with the high end cards,

what that to do with my case ??

you even saw about replacement offers for two cards in sli which actually outperform the single dual gpu cards and yet even though you only requested an RMA on monday you expect them to have your pc for you already?

where did i ask them to get my pc ready ??

PCS are doing everything they can to help you out considering the current situation with high end dual gpu world shortage.

now again what the hell that got to do with me ??

I was basing the fact of replacing a GPU on the fact you mentionied in quote above that you will go for two 6970. If you were as you suggested, making a suggestion for someone else then the correct grammer is "I would" not "I will", so don't have a go at me for interpreting something which you clearly wrtoe wrong.

You have complained about the speed of PCS constantly yet you only RMA'd (for whatever reason) on Monday.

If it is indeed your SSD which has failed, why not get it fixed rather than havign a refund. Im guessing you do realise that literally any company that builds a pc for you, or even building one yourself can result in obtaining and installing a faulty HDD or SSD, this isnt PCS's fault. From the vast majority of customers the feedback is positive about PCS customer service and from every review in magazines / websites I have read about PCS the overall score has always been positive. Yes you may have had a bad experience, but PCS have appologised many times for that already, publicly (and im sure privately through email / phone etc). This is more than you will get out of any other company, hence why I back them up.

i dont see any of ur post without spelling mistake or gammer error so if i made an error its not the end of world and after my reply you surely have notice that it was an error but you just carry on and on and on about my card.

when you post in someone thread you should read it first and if you had taken the time to read this thread from start you would have known what was going on. and if you dont have time to waste reading the whole thread dont post in it. you just read my one post and jump to conclusion thats all to it

we can carry on talking nonsense if you want and it will keep ticking ur post count
