You said earlier that the PC box was half opened... I'm almost wondering whether it fell out in transit and someone tried to reseal it...
I hope your drives are alright, have you been able to test them with another system yet? Maybe in an external enclosure?

I’m really pleased PCS have responded this way, and I sincerely hope this one is delivered in excellent health! I have to say, given the circumstances I think you’ve dealt with it exceptionally well, from your account of the issue to the in depth photos and repackaging as well of course to bringing out the peach custard!@Oussebon . PCS decided to advance build an entire new PC while the old one was being sent back. I've been updated on that build over the last few days. Customer service has been outstanding to be perfectly honest.
