Did you remove all USB devices, Unplug the pc then remove the battery (If one fitted), remove the CMOs battery, then long press on the power button to discharge any residual power & leave it for 30 minutes?

Yes I have tried all of this . I have a P870KM and on that Clevo I get a blue box that pops up talking about CMOS battery ... On my p751tm1 this just stays blank nothing on display at all ... Is there possible a jumper reset anywhere to use ?

Have you tried replacing the old RAM to get into the BIOS, this doesn't sound like a RAM issue to me or a BIOS issue, it should still boot to the BIOS even if it doesn't boot windows you should still get a display.

This sounds like something else.

I have tried my other i3 8350k and a GTX 1060 or a 8700k and GTX 1080

Both sets of ram tested .

Are there caps on the motherboard that hold charge other than the CMOS battery ?

If the GPU had failed or if the CPU had failed for whatever reason.

For example if the GPU failed or the CPU failed I have backup

What I’m trying to be clear on is what you may have done to the laptop.

Have you removed the heatsink on the CPU or GPU at all?

In that case you’ve bricked the motherboard. You can’t put in a different GPU without a compatible BIOS, it will have bricked the BIOS chip which controls booting.
What ... This is not possible Clevo parts in a Clevo laptop brick the motherboard. I have never heard of that !
