Exactly what I plan. Im getting 1080p first since the higher resolution the lower fps sometimes and I want games on all ultra but soon ill get 1440p yes.

I would’ve put the H100i RGB Platinum cooler in there but it’s out of stock and it would’ve taken you a wee bit over the planned budget.

Im gonna be doing A LOT of rendering so should I get ryzen 9? im gonna be streaming on 2 different platforms too. Im also gonna have a lot lot lot of programs open so maybe 32gb ram? I wanna squeeze all the performance out of a computer. This is my first pc but I game A LOT

Well I’d have thought that if a LOT of rendering is taking place the build might appreciate the extra RAM, but the 3800XT is pretty capable. We’re going to start pushing the budget... I think we need to get one of the superbrains to have a look at your prospective build and see if they can get it optimised and keep it around the £1800 mark for you.

In this instance, this is a general multipurpose machine, it's not a standard case.

I think the 3900x is definitely warranted and I'd also agree with 32Gb RAM 3200MHz

The problem is that with the 3900x (anything over the 3800x / xt, you really need the X570 chipset for the better VRM support which drives cost up. Plus you'll need the H100i Platinum as an absolute minimum on the cooler.

You'll definitely want a TXm PSU as a minimum though, I wouldn't want the 3900x on a CV series.

Do you have windows on another machine that you can carry over to this build? You can legally transfer any license from any machine (so long as it's not a corporate volume license). Dropping the windows license is the only way I can get it in budget.

This has the cooler as the H115i as the H100i is currently out of stock, but you could order as it is and then amend the cooler once they're back in stock:

As above, you want the Ryzen 9.... sure... but something else is going to have to give to make way for it. Dropping the OS sure does make it plausible but the storage selection is a bit out there IMO. Do you have particular reasoning behind the choices?

The 2070S is huge overkill for a 1080p monitor. I get the excitable feeling when piecing together a system but you definitely need to be more pragmatic with your selection. If you haven't actually purchased a monitor yet but are going for a 1080p panel then this suggests that the upgrade will be much further down the line than would actually warrant for the 2070S.

If you spent around £1600/£1700 right now you could have an absolute stonking system that's a GPU and monitor short of being a gaming/streaming and general use monster. The money saved could be put towards a 2021 3000 RTX card, likely saving you money overall as you will be a tier down on the price scale. You can then sell off your current GPU to narrow the margin.

I want it to have a SSD for the OS and a 4tb HDD or 2TB if needed. I want it to be quiet but does not have have to be. It needs to stream and play intense games at the same time such as GTA 5, Assasains Creed and Rainbow Six Siege at medium or high settings. Anymore questions please ask me.

Budget is £1550 and the monitor will be the SR35 22in on Argos but ill upgrade later.

The uses look the same to me (streaming and gaming) and the budget just is lower than to begin with. @Scott specced the perfect system for your budget earlier so not entirely sure what the problem with it is?
