Hi, this is my first pc since 2012. All advice and comments are welcome.

Mainly for gaming, Monitor is irrelevant as thats going to upgrade later but its a 144hz 32" Dell and a 100Hz 32" Philips

The FULL config...including the price and config link?

The max budget, so that we know if we can give you a better PSU, Cooler, Case, etc. without going over...otherwise we will spend money you haven't got!

We can't give any advice without a max budget? There is no such thing as no budget, everyone has a ceiling.

Also what's your budget for the monitor as that will affect the PC requirements, monitors range from say £150 up to several thousand depending on resolution requirements which you haven't mentioned.

I dont have much interest in monitor advice, only PC advice for now. Ideal budget is 2.5k but I dont mind going over at all

Urm, so I don't think you understand what PC configuration means, we can't configure something without knowing the resolution and refresh it's pairing with, we'd have no idea the requirements of the PC, so I'm afraid we can't really advise any further.
