Good morning 7ing7ing :)
I'm sorry to hear you're running into these sort of troubles, could you DM me your order number please so I can see which chassis you have? It sounds like something is running into trouble and I'll do my best to see if I can find out what it is for you.
I'm glad the GPU is showing correctly, it sounds like it is not directing it to the GPU for some reason.
This can be checked in the BIOS, I've trying to find the exact route but the manuals don't have the full bIOS laid out and I'm only 2 coffees in so my memory isn't great.
In the Advanced...
Very glad to hear Steelycat :) If it gets worse or changes in any way please let us know. I have made a note on your account that this is happening in case you ever need to ring up about it.
Thank you for trying this Tomaz. The fan fitted was the one that came with the case normally, we do offer quiet fans with the order. I've sent you a DM based on the information you've sent through, please have a look and let me know what you think.
If it is doing this it is quite normal, although I would expect it on something with max-speed RAM (usually RAM re-training), although the 10-second delay bit isn't. If you're happy running it like this you should be fine. But if you do want to try some things we may have some recommendations if...
Do you think you could relocate the fan to a different header (any cha_fan header is fine) if you feel comfortable doing it.
I'll have a word with the building team, you have a high-RPM smaller CPU fan, we don't want a 120mm fan trying to emulate it (which is what the CPU_OPT does).
If you're...
Must have been a wonderful person who contacted you... :) I think there were many lessons to be learned here and we have begun sorting things out internally based on the experience which hasn't been great this time so far.
All being well, moving forward, we can get a happy outcome from this...
Hey buddy, sorry to hear you're having these issues. I've checked your order on our system and your warranty will run out in less than a week, I've sent you a DM with my direct email if you want to communicate this way to get the problem sorted. I can update this forum post for all our lovely...
If you could take the picture we might be able to spot something so it is definitely worth a try. DM me your order number, I’ll have a look at your history and see if there is anything we can do :)
Indeed, as Spydertracks has mentioned I would trace the cabling, if both have gone off it seems likely that the cable has come out. If you're stuck with a set of cables please, by all means, take a photo of the cabling and we will help you identify this. Hopefully, we can sort it without a...
We got the drive sorted, we used Minitool Partition Wizard which found the drive without issue, we assigned a partition and then went back to disk management, it didn't show on the volume charts on the bottom but did show the partition on the logical volumes, we clicked this and it showed up...
It may be worth giving us a call so we can check the settings remotely (you can ask to be passed to me (ask for 2nd line)). It sounds like one of the settings is out, it seems to be linking back to the Scenes/Hardware mode. Lines are open at 9AM on 0333 011 7000
Are they lighting up now? I notice it says you are in Hardware Lighting Mode, come out of that if you can, this only affects the RGBs when not being controlled.
For the GPU lighting, can you see a brand on your card? If not send a photo of the GPU, I'll be able to identify the brand by looking at it and can send you a link for the relevant software.
Hey Rouchie, nice spec!
For iCUE, if you go to the app then go to the option for the RGB Node, make sure channel 1 is turned on with (x) x LL fans (x being how many fans you have), they should then all light up, once they do you can go to 'Lighting Effects' and create your own effects or choose...
You can take the case side off to take a clearer photo if you need, it won't affect the warranty, then we'll very likely be able to identify the light for you :)
