If you're running MSFS, it installs over 100Gb onto the user profile on the C drive, just be aware of that, I would personally recommend a 1Tb OS drive for MSFS

All programs go on the windows drive including Steam, then you can change the location of the libraries to the secondary drives they're hosted on, you don't want any data on the windows ssd...

You need to fully uninstall AVG, it's malware in itself and will destroy your windows installation. It's garbage anyway and will actually reduce security. You can't uninstall it through windows, you need to use the official uninstaller tool...

You haven't given the screenshot of the optional updates page? Which chipset did you download for from the AMD site? What is the specific file that it's downloaded? That's entirely expected as the PCS downloads will be out of date, you'd never use them for anything on a desktop
