Did you ever have the ability to use ThrottleStop? Intel disabled this functionality in the vast majority of their 10th and 11th gen CPU's due to the plundervolt vulnerability. *EDIT* - I'm pretty sure it was disabled in all of them.

So it's been about a week and a half now and PCS have gone radio silent. The customer rep I spoke to on the phone promised a follow up email and ive received nothing. I've also had no further response to my emails. Surely this cannot be a difficult problem for PCS to resolve.

Pure sacrilige. You have to to play through the whole thing including the DLC's. Absolute masterpiece!

Your PCS account on the main website. When you login in go to Tech Support > Download. There you should have all of the all of the drivers and software for your laptop. On a side note SoundBlaster Cinema usually gives that message when the audio driver isn't installed.

You must be the most unlucky bloke in NATO. I don't think I have ever had a disk fail. Why don't you just back your important stuff up externally and then just do a fresh install of Windows if your disk fails? It only takes about 30 minutes it would probably be done quicker than the RAID would...
