I'm not being snarky. I'm telling you how you can get the build you're after for the price you're after.
You've got 2 1080p eSports gaming monitors, so we'd have to expect you want high-FPS 1080p performance.
We've said we can't make a worthwhile 1080p build for €1000 that meets that spec, but...

Well, what you seem to be posting is a link to an article, so not sure why you'd use a [Media] tag, which is really for videos content (and yes, I know the word 'media' in general doesn't mean only video content).
The PCS forum allows you to simply paste the URL into the reply and it will...
On the positive side, my OC to 6600MHz is completely stable - although doesn’t seem to have made any improvement in any benchmarks I’ve run [+/-0.5%) 😁
No brainer at that price then!
I think there's been no 7800X3D around because AMD have recalled them all to scrape off the '7' and replace it with a '9' and raise the clock speeds a little :ROFLMAO:

AMD Ryzen 7 9700X Eight Core CPU (3.8GHz-5.5GHz/40MB CACHE/AM5) - this is a PLACEHOLDER for the 9800X3D (or 7800X3D if the 9800X3D comes out significantly more expensive)

How 'eventually' are you buying a new monitor(s)? Is it / are they going to be 1080p as well?
Here's a decent 1080p build for just over your lower budget. I'll do another for a 1440p build (which would need a decent 1440p monitor too) to the £200 max budget.

Anywhere from 1-26% increase over 7800X3D - average 8% geomean over 40 games tested. 1-59% faster than the Intel 285K - average 20% - over the same 40 game run.
If it's more than 10% more expensive than the 7800X3D then they're going have to ramp up the 7800X3D lines again ;)

There are some very good ultra-wide (3440x1440 and super-ultrawide (5120x1440) displays - the best (for gaming) are the current gen of OLED models with brilliant contrast, brilliant colours, HDR, and extremely fast response rates. Of course as you get wider, you'll probably want a bit of curve...
...and if you are thinking about going to 4K in 6 months, then the additional saving of getting the AMD GPU in interim means you can choose what best meets your needs at that time - as the pricing difference might have closed, or the technology advancements in the next gen GPUs might close the...
Yes, the current daddy of gaming CPUs is/was the 7800X3D, but supplies have dried up and ETA keeps slipping; BUT the new & improved 9800X3D is literally around the corner (i.e. due next Friday). This doesn't mean it will be available for delivery next Friday, but it should appear on the...
If you're not going to get a proper 4K gaming monitor in the next 3 months, then I'd buy a 1440p GPU for now, save the cash and put it towards the monitor & GPU upgrade next year...when both new monitors and the 5xxx Nvidia / 8xxx AMD GPUs are readily available.
You can save a lot on a 1440p...
If you have a current system that you're completely replacing, you can save a bundle by transferring your Windows licence over to the new machine. You can also save £69 by not going for the FastTrack service - a bit pointless too as the CPU you'd actually want in a gaming PC build (the 9800X3D)...
