I think the 4070 has to have 12GB or it's DOA. The 4060 ti and vanilla are both likely to have only 8GB and therefore will be very difficult to recommend either.
Novuna used to be called Hitachi Personal Finance when I used them. I had no problems at all with them back then and PCS have been using them for a very long time.
32GB of RAM and 16GB of VRAM for 1440p? That's just bonkers. Probably 80% of PCs out there won't be able to play it (at least at that resolution and decent settings). Mine won't.
Not sure RAID 0 is going to make much difference for gaming other than the initial load. Better to get a smaller OS drive and then a larger separate gaming drive.
That's what I do, using a second slower and cheaper SSD. I actually have a 3rd HDD for static data as well. It's cheap and HDDs are actually more reliable in a "predictive failure" way than SSDs. I also use a portable HDD for backups.
