I believe the term from 1080p 66mhz to 1440p 144mhz is the difference between night and day.
Also note that the 3070 can easily run 1040p 1080p. Is it the better value? No, but it's an cheaper alternative and better than 2080 ti and more than capable of running games on that monitor.
For 4k...
It stands to reason that the strix queue would be shorter as its an more expensive model however again this does not nessacerily mean that you would get it sooner than the generic card. I simply know its 10% smaller than the generic queue from what I've been told.
Ultimately it is still a...
If you can afford it change to asus strix 3080 you MAY have a better chance of getting it sooner. You will still be in a queue though.
Its a shame that UK doesn't have a system like the one in America for Evga (think that's how you spell it) call the step up system.
Personally I would wait on...
If your referring to my post. I state at the beginning that I could be wrong and that it also could be a bug in the system.
It was neither a rumor or gossip.Speculation yes, but not rumor or gossip no.
Thing is you can get two completely different responses from talking to two different operators. So doesn't mean he's nessacerily going to get the correct answer either.
Begs the question does even anyone know at this actual point.
Also I did the same as you two did with the psu on my actual order around 4 days ago. I recieved no message of it being out of stock. But had the 980 m.2 highlight with an orange dot. Checked the configurator as a first time buyer and it then would not let me select them.
Best thing to do is...
Out of interest dud anyone else stop getting automated emails? The last one I recieved was 21st sep aside from the one that everyone got about ignoring automated emails.
I might be wrong but I don't think it nessacerily means its out of stock.
Some items in the configurator will not allow you to select them when first ordering.
However if you have an order before it will let you change the item that says its out of stock.
This could either be a bug. Or that...
Could be. I was messing about today with the 980 m.2 samsung memory. It let's me select it on my order on my account. However if I try to do it as a brand new order it won't let me. This is also the same for some of the power supplies
I think sometimes you have to be careful with that calculation thing. As I noticed before when I went with the recommended score but then checked the order it flags up in red as being near the limit.
I think your getting confused with the cases airflow wise the h500 is great.
