I've had a similar issue with the driver page as well. When receiving my Vyper 3 recently (without Windows) I obviously needed to install all of the drivers. Unfortunately there was no driver for the Game Centre software.
I must say, I did call up and they told me it would be fixed by Monday...
Have you updated Windows and all of the drivers?
Also, are you playing on maximum performance mode? Change the setting to either Office or Regular to reduce the temps.
You can also underclock it in Throttlestop too.
The Vyper 3 can be undervolted in the OS (Throttlestop for example) as well as the BIOS.
If you're concerned with the temps/the noise play on office mode ans it should stay below 80 without the turbo of the fans.
All the necessary drivers will be on your account if you go into technical support.
You'll need a USB to create a bootable drive from. Also, make sure you have an ethernet cable to be able to install the wireless driver once you've installed Windows.
I know this probably wont be the case but you never know... are you locking the touchpad? If you tap in the top left corner twice a light comes on which locks it.
If not, give them a call. Best of luck!
From my personal experience at uni, I didn't actually do an awful lot of offline work on my personal laptop.
Having many group projects, a lot was done through Google Drive/university computers (stored online). 500 or so GB should easily be enough!
Of course it depends on the course though!
If you want to save £100 or so, transfer (if you can) your Windows 10 key from a prev laptop (if it's not locked to it) or buy a key for £20 online.
I've got the Vyper 315.6 2070 version and it's a great laptop.
Sure it gets hot when gaming sometimes, but that's to be expected. I've also...
I've called them and it seems there's a slight issue with some of the drivers not appearing on accounts of those with a Vyper 3 15.6" chassis.
The person I spoke to said that he's going to speak with his colleague and hopefully it should appear for download by Monday.
You can also undervolt it as well. There are many guides out there and several ways to do it through XTU, Throttlestop or the Bios. This should decrease temperatures too.
But if dust is in the system definitely sort that out first.
So far so good! It's a powerful bit of kit and very well built.
It can get quite hot/loud but I'll wait until I have the correct software before judging. I think I'll undervolt it too.
Yeah, it had Windows 10 on it but I wasnt too sure if it was the testing version or not so I did a complete...
