Wonder if PCS will go live with both models at launch. At the moment I imagine the 3080 they're showing is the Zotac variant. Think I'm leaning more towards the the Asus as it's aesthetically nicer :censored:

I'd be very wary of picking up the digital edition with the games prices they've just announced. Games are going to be going up £10+ in price next gen...

If your monitor is 4k 120hz I'd definitely be going for the 3080 personally. But it is extra £

Think I'm going to sleep on it. Never had a gaming pc before but I read it's pretty easy to add in the gpu separately. Those FE 3080s are gorgeous!

Just had a conversation with live chat regarding the Founders Edition. He said PCS are selling 2 variants 1) 3080 Zotac 2) 3080 ASUS ROG

That had me worried so I just spoke to PCS live chat. They've got the Zotac cards. I assumed it would be the founders edition :(

Yeh it seems the lower the resolution the more hampered you are by the cpu. Seems the perfect card for 1440p 144hz ultra and 4k 60hz and above

Thought I'd put my feelings towards the whole 3080 debate going round in the forums the last few days as it seems the notion is the 3080 is a 4k 144hz graphics card. I'm really interested in seeing how Red Dead 2 runs on it. It can't run 4k 60 (max settings) on a 2080ti so there isn't a chance...
