Good to hear. Just hope it doesn't start to affect more people. I'd imagine the last thing they need right now is more emails and calls about changes that are normally done by the customer. Or conversely people needing refunds because they hadn't realised they were charged initially. But again...

Unfortunately none of us will be able to answer any stock related questions as this is a volunteer ran forum. You would need ring or email PCS, wait times are around an hour and a week respectively.

Unfortunately not yet, only got the first response I posted previously. Have emailed back but wait times are around a week for replies. Got support ticket in aswell but not heard anything there yet. This does seem to affect an increasing number of people so hopefully it gets addressed at some point.

I would second the not buying now sentiment. Prices are inflated and wait times are long as supply can't keep up with demand at all really. I would also check the 3000 series threads for an idea of how long people are waiting for the cards especially the 3080, the other two are a bit more...

Yeah it seems to be an error in the amend order page, it's odd as it seems to be different amounts for different users. Mine and op's is saying £28 for example whilst yours was £13. I've emailed PCS so we'll see if this can be sorted as I'm fairly sure it is unintended.

I'd imagine they are as it is a peculiar issue that I imagine hasn't happened before or doesn't happen often. I'll stick the link for this in the email.

Yeah I'll definitely post up when I get a response. Will be a few days yet though, got the auto email acknowledging it sent on the 7th. So should know something by the weekend or early next week I'd imagine.

I have the same issue, I posted it in the website feedback section. Just waiting on a reply from PCS, I'll post up when I get one. Definitely seems to be the windows license though.

At this point I don't think it's anything other than a glitch or bug with the config. Pretty PCS haven't intended this

Also seems the power recommendations for a 3080 have changed recently as config is now saying 750w isn't enough, just tried to proceed to check the process I posted above was correct lol

Yeah if you click proceed then proceed again I think it takes you to where you can see any changes that have been made and if they are in stock. If you do that you'll be able to see what changed as per the pic I've posted above.

Appreciate the replies guys. I'm fairly sure it's just a glitch with the configurator. I have triple checked every box on there to make sure nothing was added or changed from my order. It would appear to be the windows license as in the above picture, it now has what I assume is a product code...

Yeah assumed it would be. Ill fire them and email. Don't need to change anything immediately so waiting a week isn't really a problem.

I have found where the extra is coming from but actually haven't changed any thing. It would appear to be the windows license (found out by clicking on proceed until it tells you if parts are in-stock). Only options are to put no OS at minus £65ish or the other license which is more expensive.

I have double checked everything on the order, pretty certain nothing nothing has changed. I'm still in pre production so don't think it's that either.
