You can cancel your order if its not in building yet. I think you'd definatly better off with the new chips and RAM.
Usually @SpyderTracks or @Scott have made recommendations by now. May be worth holding out a bit longer for an expert opinion. (They are usually pretty sharp.
I take it you went on the home office configurator. Should have been on the 'extreme' AMD one.

What did this come too and whats your maximum budget?
I believe that monitor is 1440 144hz.
You have selected an old processor and looking at one of the 3xxx would be better. Faster RAM (3200 probably). Primary storage you'd be wanting a nvme ssd from the m.2 section.
A better power supply...
I'd personally aim for 1440 144hz with adaptive/freesync. If in the future you do get a more powerful card (simple upgrade path) save you potentionally having to buy a new monitor.
You will also want faster RAM - 3200 at least and the ax200 wifi card is much better.
The case isnt great as far as I know and probably want a decent cooler. But something like this...(depending on work etc a lot could be changed)
edit - I haven't changed the graphics card so some saving /...
Is there something happening that makes you think you need an upgrade?
This is pretty much the same machine I have and have no issues running most games on ultra 1440 144hz.
Its not that people hate on Intel as much as to get a comparative build costs so much more. The "new" chips are still the same as the last load, but need more power, better motherboards and better cooling to run at stock. This makes it expensive and difficult to recommend outside certain use...
You’d have to ring and ask pcs to be sure but I googled zotac 1660s and it has 3 display port and 1 hdmi. The palit one however only has 1 dvi, 1 DisplayPort and 1 hdmi. (These are the main 2 makes pcs use)
Generally, for this chip a cooler is recommended if its using all cores for extended periods, however the stock cooler is good for general use. The coolermaster 240 is a reasonable middleground.
Take the AX200 wifi card its better. With regards to the motherboard, the x570 has pcie 4 which...
A very unique use case. What trading software do you use?
I found betfair and its very minimal -
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 or AMD equivalent.
Memory: 1Gb.
Hard Disk: Bet Angel requires 50Mb of hard disk space.
Screen resolution: A minimum of 1024 x 768 with a monitor setting of 96dpi (This...
Not necessarily better - but has decent clock speeds and is cheap - which are great for a low cost, light workload machine (apparently quite good for all-core overclocking too)
Something like this.... others may jump in and have a look too
edit... could up the motherboard to the x570 for better support for newer chips / pci-e 4 m.2 drives.

Initially i'd have said look to this review spec (however case is out of stock till 1/7)
so something along these lines

Basically less wires equals better airflow (and tidier cable management)
With the intel chips you pretty much want a high end liquid cooler - they run very hot and thermal throttle terribly.
@SpyderTracks and @Scott can probably get more into that as my knowledge is fairly limited.
If you are video editing you may wish to consider an AMD build. AMD Config
There are better m.2 drives (faster and a larger capacity)
Cooler would depend on if you changed to an AMD chip as the lower end ones can use the stock cooler.
Normal power supplys have all cables permenatly fitted...
Personally I think the ROG 2070s is too expensive and would go for the newer processor and stock 2070s.
However, if you give a budget and use case (just gaming, streaming etc) and people can spec something up for you.
Do you already own the monitor?

This review spec has a better processor, comparable RAM and storage but is at a reduced price. Maybe something worth considering whilst waiting for the experts to cast an eye over.
