You would need to check reviews but I would think not. It's a VA panel and has the same HDR output. You're paying for the extra size and curve on a lesser panel quality. Ideally you would want HDR1000, but they're slim pickings at this budget, I couldn't find any.

You don't really need the additional read/write speed on the second SSD. It's a luxury, if you're happy to pay for it then by all means. The thing with these M2 drives that we recommend is they are blistering fast even at the more budget end. The P41 if you look at the read/write speed is still...

PCSPECIALIST RMA my pc last week, today woke up to an email saying I owe £1700!!?

Sincere sympathy with how the situation has developed but as it's now a legal matter the situation has grown out of the scope of what the forum can provide. Locking the thread now.

PCSPECIALIST I need a new external drive. Recomendations?

You shouldn't need to cut anything. I would hope it was assembled with screws? If it's a sealed unit I would probably just a caddy and new drive then transfer the data over. Saves any concern with losing the data through breaking it.

Build looks spot on, the only thing I would consider would be the 1200w PSU. Not because you need 1200w but because it is an ATX3.1 compliant PSU (Current standard). Most other ones are the previous generation and don't have future use in mind. With regards to the monitor, it's a decent enough...

PCSPECIALIST Spec check for 1440p @144Hz gaming + music production

It's always the way of it unfortunately. Prices have skyrocketed in recent years. If it helps, the system is high-ish end like you had hoped and it will last many, many years. It's designed for upgrading so you can chop and change the GPU over the years without replacing the system. In honesty...

    PCSPECIALIST Contol center not installing

As above, please don't request software from other users. Get help directly from PCS for your own bespoke system. If you were to install something from a 3rd party and it caused issues you may then suspect the provider. There are different configurations over the years that require specific...

PCSPECIALIST Spec check for 1440p @144Hz gaming + music production

The Strix has improved latency reduction over the other offerings. If latency is a concern with your inputs for audio production then it's worth considering the extra. All other advice is also bob on. You want an AIO with the define, the H115i is the quietest and also brings airflow throughout...

    PCSPECIALIST Lockdown - What's Worth a Watch?

CGI has been getting a bad rap for a few years now, it's overuse obviously being the main issue. I gathered that the more unrealistic manoeuvres and aircraft were effects based but not being able to discern the difference is important. My biggest grip with CGI isn't its over-use, it's the fact...

Absolutely, that was a complete stroke of genius and it really was the highlight of the production. Seeing the facial expressions was amazing, the camera perspective was fantastic and you really felt along for the ride :)

    PCSPECIALIST Lockdown - What's Worth a Watch?

Went to the cinema yesterday with the kids and GF to see Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. Same vein to what I mentioned before. I wanted a faster pace and something snappy hitting my nostalgic pleasure centre.... it didn't really land. The more I think about it, I think Maverick might have ruined it...

    PCSPECIALIST James Earl Jones

Literally just seen this. He will be mentioned at every awards for the next 12 months. Anyone not giving credit to what he did for the screen shouldn't be anywhere near the buisiness in my opinion. Absolute legend of the game. Darth Vader when he wasn't allowed to be black, his presence...

    PCSPECIALIST Lockdown - What's Worth a Watch?

I didn't have the patience for it in all honesty. I wanted to love it, it started off pretty good but it dragged for me. Most movies I feel drag nowadays so I'm not sure if I'm climatised to modern pace or something like that. It was well made though, the idea was good. Gravity it was not though.

PCSPECIALIST I need a new external drive. Recomendations?

I have one of these, not sure how these land with regards to aesthetics (they aint pretty), but the're great for hot swapping. I would definitely look to a caddy though. Exactly the same reasoning as @SpyderTracks. You get rubbish drives (or lesser than the standard equivalent unless paying big...
