It will either be stored in the BIOS of your machine or associated with your Windows login, when installing it may ask you for a key, just skip that part, it should find it later
Create the installation media for whichever Windows you are using from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10 or https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows11 onto a USB stick - it does give instructions how to do so on those pages, and then you can do...
When you say you reinstalled Windows, was it with a full clean install (where the OS drive is completely cleared) or only a reset?
If it was only a reset then as Spyder says a full clean install is probably what's needed.
Edit: Nevermind I was obviously typing too slow, two replies came up as...
If any fees are demanded by customs when its imported in, talk to PCS and they'll get it sorted out (because yes I have heard of customs being a bit awkward at times)
'Awaiting Dispatch' is the next stage in the process, presuming no issues are found.
So if no issues are found yes it shouldn't be too much longer, but note things don't get dispatched over the weekend. So early next week I'd reckon would be the earliest for dispatch if it hasn't been already
Unfortunately PC's are a bit like new cars, as soon as you drive them off the forecourt they lose a whole bunch of their value :(
Your best bet is to check out places like eBay, GumTree, Facebook marketplace etc for similar systems to see what they are going for I'm afraid

If you order it with Windows it will have a full build on there, you will have to go through the OOBE (out of the box experience) thingy where you set your language and preferences when you boot it up for the first time.

Liquid Series builds tend to be much pricier for the same performance and I would suspect the sound level would be roughly similar.
Though also note that the Liquid Series builds do need proper maintenance on the custom loop - ie it will need a proper service of complete emptying, cleaning and...
If we're talking a Liquid Series build (you've posted in the Liquid Series section of the forums, but as Martinr36 said it'd be useful to see the spec just to make sure), then yes PCS offer a service pack for it: https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/liquid-series/ - its mentioned on that page.
I'm afraid since 99% of the forum members do not work for PCS most of us cant use that order number, so if you could copy out your spec from the PCS website them people would know what spec we're dealing with :)
They do just screw on from the bottom, I got my PC which has a 4000X case last week and they definitely do just screw on from the bottom.
If you look at the front feet they're in the same position (though obviously at the other end of the case), I had to fiddle a little til I found the exact...
Edge - hmmmm (my two checks are both on Win10)
How are you guys trying to upload btw?
Am wondering if thats the issue, or possibly I just have more permissions than you guys :)
Some scammers are actually using that line - I know every so often I get a call from someone claiming to be 'Virgin tech support', obviously I know they're scammers, but they tell you that they've discovered there are Russian hackers getting onto your machine/network and proceed to get you to...
