I gave them a call as needed to know what time between 8 and 6 and they said "havent you had a DPD text - they usually text to say an hour time slot"....then they looked it up and realised ....ooops. LOL
Must add - after sales service has been really good re the responses I have been getting etc.
Aye...she's all wrapped up for the journey.
PCS had approved the RMA yesterday, confirmed that DPD will collect, sent two emails to me about it and gave me details of pick up today between 8 and 6 for pick up etc....but then forgot to book it with DPD :D - no problem - genuine human errors happen.
Due to a minor mix up at PCS I get to spend another night with her :D :D - she leaves me tomorrow to go back home for a while as she was feeling homesick :D
I see you have edited your post after @Martinr36 posted the link to read, but you have still missed one vital piece of information from your post - what is your budget?
The forums are mainly manned by customers that have hung around to help out - with just the odd visit from a PCS employee.
You will be better contacting them directly on the number on the contact us page and speaking to someone - you should really have registered your product at the time but...
You need to get the person that you purchased the laptop off of to log in to their PCS account and arrange to transfer the product to you. You can then log in and see your entire spec and possibly order spare parts for it from PCS.
No worries. I’m away this weekend so won’t miss her. Then I’ve got a busy week at work and have my laptop still. Hoping it’s a quick fix but prepared if not.
Why havent you returned it when you arranged it originally with PCS - let them have it back to look at it to make sure its not an issue or if they can fix it - especially when they cant seem to help you over the phone now.
Is there any reason you used Gigabyte to update your drivers and not just run Windows Update? Were you missing some drivers or something?

Totally agree with this....even though I got 64gb in my laptop :D LOL - I've only ever used more than 32 once - that was "stitching" several pictures together on Adobe LR/PS.
Also agree with the comments on the hard drive.

Have you recently moved or knocked the machine at all that may have caused some items to come loose? I only ask this as the suggestion would be to reseat the memory and try the tests again.
Ultimately though, if you are getting these errors, take a picture of the screen showing this and contact...
