Not one usually to speak out like this but if what you say is right @SpyderTracks then PCS should not really be offering this out with Windows 11 Home on it without a warning that its likely to be the absolute bare minimum spec to run it.
There is a page that states current estimated times:

However if you want assistance on that build (suggest you do as people here are really helpful), then I suggest you have a read here and post accordingly...
Thanks - after I posted I realised it was an Intel build and know that the favourite is AMD for most builds, especially where temperature and cooling is concerned :D - that means they would have to start a new config anyway :D :D LOL
See @sck451 build above.
Can you try to include the link that is at the bottom of the spec when posting spec to forum please - it makes it quicker for others to tweak the setting rather than have to start over in the configurator (although saying that...they may go AMD build :D :D )
Re the RAM, its approx £101 plus postage for the extra RAM, but if you want to add it now, call them when ordering and ask them to add it.

When the wife said she wanted another large mouse mat like the one I already had I went into the upgrade options to order one...
and accidentally clicked on 2 x 16GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 6000MHz to take my system up to:
64GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB DDR5...
I expect there is room to keep the HDD in there.
Have you actually looked at the Upgrade page in your account as well?
It will give you an idea of whats available - its a bit like the configurator but already tells you what you have in your system, then gives you drop down boxes to choose your...
We've all forgotten things...
Can I recommend you get in touch with PCS and register your purchase with them. You will then get a log on for the main website where you can see your complete configuration and also it will make it easier for any warranty returns you may need to do (albeit I hope...
