I received the update but upon following the instructions at the end I receive an error saying The firmware image cannot be used to update this TPM (decrypt key mismatch), has anyone else had this & what does it mean?
I'm looking for help on how to update the Trusted platform module firmware after the April/Spring update 1803.

If I check tpm.msc it appears to be fine:
So I'm wondering if it does require an update tbh.

I bought the laptop from eBuyer so I cannot download or access the driver downloads page of the PCS website, I created an account but there's no way to enter any device details. Is it possible for me to download drivers?
