When I upgraded to a SSD I just used my Macrium USB boot drive to boot the laptop & restored the latest image to it. No SSD driver was asked for or seemed to be needed.
You can also clone the old drive to the new one using the same program.
Same for me. It started with 1909, although I could connect first time, subsequent times it would fail. With each new Windows version it has become worse. Now it won’t connect at all.
My laptop finds the TV & shows connecting but then fails.
You could try DDU to cleanly remove the graphics driver then install the updated one.

Ensure you have the nVidia driver downloaded too.
Is there a key on the keyboard to enable/disable the camera? If so this may have been clicked accidentally & turned the camera off.
Does the camera appear under device manager? If not check further under View>Show hidden devices.
If it isn’t there then the camera module may have failed.
What speed tire are you on? 100, 200, 350 or 1Gb.
Have you restarted the Hub?
How far away from the Hub are you?

I had to download & install Microsoft’s precision touchpad driver to add extra settings including disabling the touchpad...
Simple way I did this from a 2Tb HDD to same size SSD was to image the HD then change the drive for the SSD & use the imaging program boot media to restore the image.
I would roll back the update & see if this restores the PC’s speed.
Did you allow the update to complete then restart or did you shutdown the PC & it finished updating after this?
I would’ve restarted the PC then allowed to to finish the installation before shutting down.

I receive the same error on my laptop when using sound blaster 2 but assumed it was due to using external speakers.
Did you purchase the license from Microsoft or from an eBay seller?
If eBay then it was most likely a KMS/Volume license & has now been blocked.
