Well, as above it's probably too late now as it probably already on a carrier but from the info you have given you are probably over on CPU, certainly over on Motherboard and RAM and under on drives and PSU, you also don't need the MX4 if you have gone with Corsair cooling
As has been said if...
You need to share the config link as per the linked posts so people can edit your config as your storage isn’t really up to it.
You might want to consider your storage, would normally be better with 500GB for OS and secondary 1 or 2TB for games etc
I would honestly post you full spec as it is...
They are asking for you to post your spec with the link at the bottom as per the instructions linked so they can update parts to get the build correct for you.
Also its a NO, i don't think anybody would recommend a CV SERIES PSU for a build other than general office use
I just got two, we are in a stone terrace, built in 1880 so walls are pretty thick, base station is in living room at back of house and second is in bedroom at front. Signal from base to second is listed as medium so a third somewhere would probably be an idea.
Yeah, its pretty good thanks, the app is very slick which made setup pretty easy, it's improved coverage for sure, it took a while to sort itself out though, the main station was showing red for a week or so but doing a few auto detects on the frequencies seemed to sort it, would recommend.
It updated something in iCUE last night, then refused to work, think it was 5 dot something, then it failed an uninstall, downloaded the latest from the website, installed it and boom, no audio, its total crap.
Cheers, no idea what's happened but 2 hours of messing and no luck so its time to call it quits and jump to Win11, then spend an evening reinstalling Affinity, Exposure X, Davinci and Steam etc....
OK, so i have managed to totally bork my audio drivers, don't ask me how but while uninstalling Corsair iCUE something has gone wayward and i now have no sound, updated drivers, everything showing OK but just no audio, playing the test tone just fails in all devices, audio troubleshooter just...
Cheers, went for the TP-Link Deco S7, will see what they are like, can't be any worse than the power line ones i have that have decided not to work for love nor money, which are also TP-Link but in fairness pretty ancient
Can anybody suggest a decent mesh WiFi system that doesn't cost the earth, i have a mixture of the plug in ones with repeaters etc. but managing them all is a bit of a pain, its only a 3 bedroom terrace (with pretty thick walls) so i'm thinking one downstairs and one upstairs should be enough to...
Hopefully somebody will be able to advise on MB/CPU as that's not my bag.
For Davinci specs you can do worse than look at Puget Systems guide to get an idea of where you want to be with the GPU...
This. Our designers model some huge assemblies in Autodesk 3D and Revit with thousands of parts and "only" 64GB RAM in the workstations. Only use case i can see for that amount of RAM is a host machine running VM's
If it was inside PCS warranty and direct from their stock and i would guess 6-8 days would be more like it. But I'm guessing they will need to start the RMA process with their supplier so won't issue a replacement until they have that confirmed rather than standing the warranty from their stock...
