if it does and assuming there isn't one fitted which doesnt show in your spec above i would install one of those to run Windows from, you can then use your (rather small) SSD for storage

I don't have a monitor at the moment to even run the start up. I was hoping to continue using my TV as I have been on the laptop. The TV I have is a 60" plasma Samsung pretty sure it's a J6200.

Bit late to this and don't know if this has been suggested but can you go to Command Prompt (type CMD in the search bar) and type
ipconfig /all hit enter and copy/paste, sounds like a default gateway/IP issue to me
