Defiance II (6th Gen) Delays

Got an email that my ESTIMATED build date is: Friday 27th November. Keep in mind my order was processed on 20th October. This is killing me

I hope that's what Im getting after all that wait. I ordered 970m 15" defiance, which apparently is now out of stock, but it's ridiculous nevertheless. This is more than those 30 days stated in ToS that people like to bring up on these forums.

I got my 15" defiance with i7-6700HQ and 970X today. It was built last week but only delivered today as I've been working the rest of the week. First impressions are very good though. I spent more than I initially intended to but it seems excellent. Well worth the wait.

Seems I'll have to modify my order to 980m and the Killer card (Intel ~8xxMb card just got out of stock) if they can guarantee delivery next week. Can't wait that long for 27th

I just got of the phone with PCS. The Chassis for 970m 6700HQ is now available. Just got in like 30 minutes ago.
YeeeHaw!!!!!!!!!


Though am still considering upgrading to 980m

Does this laptop have all of its components soldered onto the motherboard? CPU/GPU? Is this why its taking so long for stock to arrive?

Probably haven't updated their inventory. It came late yesterday. I would advise you give them a call first to confirm

Placed an online order yesterday, Sunday, and had an email this morning, Monday at 11:00, stating "Your order has now been built and is awaiting testing and configuration."

Which one did you order? I'm getting a fast-track message that they're still out of the 970M version. And the 2TB EVO is now out of stock too.
