On my laptop when I do a speed test it comes back with 300mbps. But, when I do the same thing with my PC I get 92mbps

Also, I am intrigued on why you think I have a Virus @SYDERTRACKS. because I did a virus check on Norton's and Malwarebytes could it be a virus of all things?

In a sense you do have malware installed - it's called Norton...!

Enter the command resmon into the Run command box. This will open the Resource Monitor. Expand the Network section, wait a minute for the display to populate and then post a screenshot here. Then we can see whether anything unexpected is using your network bandwidth.

If you are referring to Norton and chrome hogging services and having a slow connection when you have a dozen different processes using your bandwidth....

Im gonna say yes?

Norton might as well brand itself as bloatware, same with chrome (except its more a RAM hog and wiretap for google to collect all your browsing info).

is this all normal?
Yes, although there's very little network activity there - only 65kbps network activity in total.

It's clear that in this output there is no malware chewing up your bandwidth.

What you should really do now is get an Ethernet cable and connect to your router via that cable and not via WiFi. Then run a speedtest and see how that looks.

This will tell you whether the problem is with the WiFi card or not.

When you speedtest the PC you need to make sure that all other devices that connect to your WiFi are OFF.

Update the ethernet cable was to short the longer one comes tomorrow, I have not checked if turning off the internet to other devices has a difference, but I will check tomorrow. Will keep you in the loop for what happens with ethernet cable and and turning off the internet of the internet to the other devices. Thanks you to everyone who has helps so far, hopefully this ethernet cable fixes the problem.

Remove the antennae and check the speed.

Also run a speed test on Which and let me know what your ping is. If it comes in at 300 or so on the pc, but 20 on your laptop, your card is the issue.

I am hoping this is actually a more simple fix.
