Yes, the 3060 Ti is a much better card than the 3060 - it really depends on what resolution you’ll be playing at. The 3060 will be a 1080p killer, whereas the 3060 Ti is a 1440p entry-level card.
I also recommend that you have a 500gb SSD for your OS to be on - if you stretch your budget by another £100 then you’ll have a lot better options for your build, or if this is the highest you can go, I’d suggest swapping to the normal 3060 and balancing your spec off of that.
You’ve configured a PC from the AMD home office selection - I’d highly recommend you go and configure one from the AMD gaming pc option (the one with a budget between £400 and £4000) as it allows you to configure faster RAM (and dual channel) and its better for your PC. I’d suggest the RAM be a...
yesss!!!! so im seeing the average that people are going into build is around 30 days now - more than happy to wait for that. congrats on your build, hope you enjoy it
The only thing I’d know about this is that maybe the RAM is running at too high speeds for the mobo..? I know some people like @ubuysa know a lot more about software and these types of software issues, so I’d just suggest waiting till he comes by and helps you out
Ayeee! You managed to get into building, congrats! This is such good news for us all - for us who ordered more recently, we’ll be pushed forwards in the queue! For you guys, you get to go into building. This is a good day
The other person had a ryzen 7 3700X i think.... you should be going into build either this week or next week, unless one of the components you’re trying to get keep on going out of stock
No problem! Hope you’ll be happy with your build when it arrives😄.
Thats interesting - I assume you’re learning scripting with Lua code in studio. I dont really play ROBLOX anymore I just trade on it whenever I feel like doing so. If you learn Lua Code, then maybe you and your son could begin...
I’d suggest a bigger PSU (750w at the very least) so your PC has a longer life-span and you have space to upgrade in the future. Also, up the warranty to silver warranty as its only £5 and gives you 11 extra months for collect and return, and finally, there’s a sticky thread for the issues of...
You guys need to understand that they dont know when they’re getting stocks themselves - they tell you these dates because thats when its “guaranteed” - you never know if some cards could come in out of nowhere and you’ll randomly see your build done earlier beforehand. Keep your hopes high...
With £1000 because of prices being so high right now the best you’ll get is a 1650 build, possibly 1660 but that alongside most other GTX GPUs are out of stock right now.
