If you really want to game, your best bet is waiting a few months while the prices die down alongside you being able to save up a bit more money. In a few months, a budget of £1000 would do you nicely and help you manage to play games at above 60 fps at 1080p with ease. For instance, the RTX...
Still wondering how a console can be such a low price (PS5) for the performance it gives... £350 at its lowest original retail price for being able to play at 120FPS any of the newest titles WITH 16 gb of RAM!!! I probably missed some other cool features it has, but those 2 alone show that its...
Welcome to the waiting list... since you’ve just ordered and I assume your order is still in the “Processing” stage, feel blessed if you receive it before April
And thats why I went for the 3600! Lot less demand currently for it and its always in stock, so I wont have to worry about shortages of my components at all😄. All the components I picked other than the PSU which went out of stock a week after I ordered which should be okay because it should be...
Comes down to whats allocated and whats there when the 3060 ti is in stock really..if the 5600x isnt yet allocated to your build and the 3060 ti is, then it’ll go to another persons build for instance with a 3600
Well as you know the storage drives mostly differ in their speeds. If you want to download a game which doesnt have much loading in it or long loading times (for instance maybe CS:GO), then you’ll be fine having it on your HDD. Games such as Forza Horizon 4 or MSFS20 are suggested to be on your...
Just a heads up - there have been some issues with AMD CPUs and 4 RAM sticks. There’s a sticky thread from one of the mods here which shows that some people have been having that same issue
How did you find out that PCS would get 500 3060Ti’s delivered tomorrow? If that’s true, then I’m going to be seriously hyped up since this would push me forwards in the queue a lot and I’d feel better seeing some people say their PC has gone into building.
Unless you have a specific reason to why you want intel, at this time AMD is highly recommended as its better price for performance and there’s a sticky thread directed to the issues with intel made by SpyderTracks. I’d suggest you go check that out and swap to an AMD build, and if you prefer...
If you have the space for it and dont plan on needing a device such as a desktop when moving around, then you should go for a desktop since generally they’re a lot more powerful and better value for your money. Its mostly a personal choice when it comes to choosing either laptop or desktop.
If by any chance you’re able to amend your order, I would advise you to get a bigger PSU if you’re looking for your PC to be able to last longer, and for future upgrades.
With the 2060, I heard that production of it would stop till April, alongside the 2060S. If you’re happy to do so, you can...
