Ok to give you better advice it would really be helpful if you could tell me what your budget is, what your main use case is and whether or not that laptop needs to be mobile.
The answers to those will influence what I would recommend massively.
The general rule of thumb is to buy the best GPU...
Right I'll deal with your first note (even though its not your actual question) 3200MHz will have a difference the size of the difference will depend on the game. This video although not entirely scientific will give you a good idea:
Next and this is really simple, no, in short gaming at 4K...
Yeh that's the right number. I was hoping that there would be a standalone installer for Atlas on Clevo's support website but there isn't.
Basically you should have a standalone installer for it like the one I illustrated in the picture of my download section so PCS need to supply you with one...
Yes I know this but you said you reinstalled it and then got this message.
You didn't reinstall it with either of the installation folders you have shown me in your download section because they are not Atlas so where did you get the installer?
Could you tell me what the model number is for...
From what I can tell the files in your SBX folder are just EQ configuration files. They are definitely not the configuration file for Atlas the folder is far too small.
I am also confused though. In your first post you said
What installer were you running that gave you this message?
From what I can tell those are links to drivers which work with Atlas. They are not links to the Atlas software.
In your download section you should have an installer explicitly for Soundblaster Atlas.
My Valeon uses soundblaster Cinema 6. Different software but the same concept. This is what...
Can we just pause for a sec.
Is this the software you are looking for?

The files in your SBX folder are just EQ presets. They aren't to install Atlas.
Like I said before Atlas and the audio drivers are two separate things. There will not be an audio driver in your Atlas install you need to install the audio driver with the separate installer I previously mentioned.
Atlas just manages the EQ settings of your laptop.
When you say the realtek...
Yeh uninstall the realtek driver.
Excellent so install the Audio Drivers then Atlas.
The audio drivers do not install with Atlas they are two separate things.
Personally if I were you I would do the following:
1. Uninstall Atlas.
2. Uninstall your audio adapter through device manager.
3. Restart.
4. Install the audio driver from your PCS account.
5. Install your audio drivers.
6. Install atlas.
ALso what is the SBX driver you have in your download...
