From what I can tell the files in your SBX folder are just EQ configuration files. They are definitely not the configuration file for Atlas the folder is far too small. I am also confused though. In your first post you said What installer were you running that gave you this message?

Try reinstalling again but right click on the installer and select run as administrator.

Yeh uninstall the realtek driver. Excellent so install the Audio Drivers then Atlas. The audio drivers do not install with Atlas they are two separate things.
