Depends on your budget and how far you're willing to stretch it. My suggestion would be a 360 AIO, so any corsair H150I would be great. If that's too much, maybe a 280mm would also be ok? Which would then mean any of the H115I options from corsair. But if want to cheap out on the cooler a bit...

My only suggestions would be related to cpu cooler, psu and ram. 64gb seems a bit overkill to me, but not sure how much ram your applications would benefit from. You could also always get 32gb now (with 2 sticks) and upgrade later since the mobo has 4 slots as it's a very easy upgrade...
