As above, if drained it should be ok. If you didnt you might find the cooling medium has sludged up a little. Deffo give each component a check to make sure everything is seated correctly before turning on

Isnt the new Zen 3 Threadripper chips due out at the end of next month? Might be worth checking them out before you pull the trigger on this build?
