The original owner can transfer ownership of the laptop and any remaining warranty via PCS to you and you should absolutely request that they do this. It'll mean PCS will be able to help you now and in the future. Did you see (or hear I guess) it all working before you bought it?

Folks this is getting unnecessarily heated. Please could everyone take a breather. @hmmz, hopefully you will hear back from PCS this week on the CC download, either way I'd still be pestering CEX for the warranty transfer but obviously its up to you how far you take that/push it with them.
