Curiously there isn't much change in the temps. There is a little bit, but not the sort of delta I would have expected with the difference in the fans. Balanced is definitely the way to go (or custom) :D
You can see a slight increase in frequency with the fans on extreme, that's what's giving...
It looks very concept to me. The ideas are all there, and there fantastic, but it doesn't look polished to me yet.
They're definitely an exciting company though. They seem to be really thinking about the home builder.
With regards to the RAM. Just keep it in mind. As long as you don't get any more stability issues then all is good. I had perfect stability at 6200 and a good performance. I had OK stability at 6400 with reduced performance. It's a really strange memory controller, very sensitive... especially...
Yeah, it's around where it should be. There's definitely more in her though if the temps come down.
I would put it on extreme for a couple of benchmarks, just so that you can see the difference. Day to day I would go with Balanced but I would tend to do my own, as the standard profiles can be...
PS. The RAM running at 6200mhz when you've purchased 6400Mhz is standing out for me a bit. I would drop it down to 6000Mhz as that gives you the best performance/stability balance. The 6400Mhz RAM is good to have to give you the cushion, but I still wouldn't push it past 6000Mhz without being...
Result looks good. The only curious thing I could see is your CPU temperatures. I only ran stock at the very beginning when I got the system, I'm running a reasonable OC on the chip yet with a 360mm AIO I'm seeing 10 degrees less than your average.
Have you had a look at any of the cooler...
I would spend a bit more on the system overall, Better CPU & GPU. The 7800X3D is the gaming chip to get. It'll do well with the likes of FM24 as it'll use more cores for the databases nowadays. Using the second drive for the game storage itself will help also.
FM doesn't use a lot of GPU power...
Yes, you can buy the LCD module for the pump head. It's actually a really good modular system, it's great to see this sort of design incorporated in cooling...
Always better to share the configuration as well as the link at the bottom so that we can go in and help with selections etc.
The LINK options are available in the cooler and fan sections. You have selected the Elite LCD option, if you scroll down further you will see the LINK version. Same...
The build was already recommended with the appropriate cooler suggested.
Are you not happy with that suggestion and want an alternative? It's hard to get on the same wavelength in honesty, I'm not sure why there's a gap in the conversation.
From the monitor selections in the configurator I think the IIYAMA G-MASTER GB2770QSU-B5 27" would be a better choice. It's more money, but you get better quality and more specifically an IPS panel.
With that being said, if you buy the monitor elsewhere you can get better value for money in...
The build itself is excellent but the GPU selection is quite a bit off the mark for 1440p. It would barely be considered a 1080p GPU for now. I can't spec a system for 1440p with a 1440p monitor inside £2k but it's not too far off.
With the below everything is covered for years. Good base and...
If you really must have the fans for reasons then I would select the "Link" offering along with the "Link" version of the cooler. You will have far less wiring in the build that way.
We wouldn't steer you wrong. We will always give reasoning behind selection choices and background to how we come about them. As above, it's hard to argue against "I read somewhere" or "someone said" as you will find whatever information you want, rather than what actually fits a particular...
You're not going to get more gaming performance with a 5800X, well I suppose you could but it would be game dependent. The only real upgrade choice is the 5800X3D as the 3D cache brings about a significant jump in performance.
850w would be fine if you opt for an ATX3.x version PSU, going for...
Better with the 5800X3D for gaming if that's what your aim is. As above, would need to know the rest of the spec though.
I wouldn't have a 750w PSU near a 4080 unfortunately. Calculators use TDP rather than maximum draw, they can pull double their TDP at times.
