Once in building the process is normally pretty fast (unless they find something they need to sort out in testing), so you've got over the longest bit of the process :)

As Aza said they will want the old one back, so make sure its ready to hand over when the courier with your new one turns up, it may be different as you're in Jersey but normally in the mainland UK at least the courier hands you the new one and you hand the old one to take back at the same time
